The urban typology of the views from each house towards the south is sharpened according to the local potential and further developed into a center. The appearance is characterized by one elongated and two point-shaped structure. The eastern house acts as a transition to the alley, the elongated building behind it as the head building of the new development. An alley-side entrance adequately connects the basement with an underground car park and two garden apartments to the city. Above this, a square forms the center for meeting and lingering with a view over the city. Generous canopies on both sides of the street strengthen the location and form an adequate base zone with 3 entrances that relate to each other. The compact stair cores and vertical accesses provide external reference as an address. A twisting and blocked recoil of the building fronts reacts to the built neighborhood, avoids a direct opposite and creates maximum exposure and different views of the fascinating surroundings. The qualities of each of the 26 residential units are defined by multi-sided exposure, deep loggias interplaying with open terraces and diverse orientations. Generous glazing in combination with loggias and terraces add rhythm to the buildings. The facade materials made of high-quality structural plaster in combination with anodized aluminum panels at zero level are intended to focus on a sophisticated, elegant ensemble.
