The specified master planning envisages an ensemble of 4 slightly offset towers, which are connected into a single unit by a green platform and a continuous base zone. The proposed differentiation of building heights continues this game of slight differences and interweaves itself with the future park through these fine gradations in height and depth. Variable-sized service areas along a covered esplanade enliven the base zone on the new promenade, which are divided into clear areas with transverse path axes to the above-ground visitor parking spaces: large atriums with vapor-permeable vegetation and outside stairs to the semi-public green area above, create a bright, environmentally friendly filter layer along the facades for the necessary privacy. These are primarily required for service areas for health professionals. Central and naturally lit stair cores ensure qualitative and economic development as the center and heart of every residential tower. The qualities of each of the 98 residential units are defined by two-sided exposure and easily usable loggias, which offer unobstructed views to the west, south and east. The deep loggias are all positioned precisely on top of each other in an energy-efficient manner, creating pleasant privacy and provide sustainable, natural shading for the more transparent façade areas. Individual balconies in the spaces between the towers contact the neighboring tower and give the facades a relaxed playfulness. On the garden deck, common areas such as four laundry and communal kitchens and two lounges create a social house that feels comfortable for all phases of life of all generations.
