An outstanding ensemble is our goal, so that the company can assert itself in the succinct environment along the federal highway. It is our strategy to pursue a headquarters which, in its statement, corresponds to the company content as well as the family tradition and the appropriateness of the means. A feel-good house with the ambition for inviting openness, which is a prerequisite for high-quality communication and is dynamically reinforced by the stacking and nuanced shifting of the individual floors. Due to the characteristic banding and the bright colors, the building appears light and timeless. Two floating floors rest on a glass base that is detached from the surroundings. The office building acts as a ‘buffer’ between the residential area and the noisy shunting area, the future fence surrounding the area hides the logistics of the branch for the time being and emphasizes the publicly accessible development. The outside staircase to the forecourt and the cascade staircase in the house take the later expandability into account. With an extension above + below the visitor parking lot, no further maneuvering space has to be sacrificed. The compact structure makes optimal use of the space; its porosity ensures a high level of visibility inside: two garden courtyards with connecting air spaces form a spacious center with high-quality workplaces. On the upper floors the gardens partly open outwards, while quiet areas in the form of loggias and bridges extend the offer for outdoor communication.
