Markus and Moni our charming neighbors in the old building have left us and moved into a terraced house on the edge of the forest near Innsbruck. The facility is so well planned, and the view over the city so beautiful that we could hardly talk them out of this plan… The purchase was inclusive of furniture, so the three of us decided which things should be removed, we kept good things and continued to stock up on the old furniture. A prime example of sustainability!  The result is a harmonious interior, the split-level geometry allows great views and fits together across levels. But the optimization continues, the dining area and the small garden also have potential for improvement!
