Joe and Michi had to spontaneously change locations with their entire office in downtown Innsbruck. The two run an insurance company that also does a lot of online training, so the challenge was to accommodate many workplaces with even more screens and streaming equipment at the new location in a space-saving manner. We were able to fulfill this wish by docking together and kinking office desks. Old door leaves have been replaced by glass door elements and chairs provided a splash of color. In order to get a pleasant freshness in the existing rooms, we combined our furniture suggestions with works of art by Vivian Simbürger, whose flower pictures were the optimal addition to our rather dark MDF tables. The existing acoustics had to be improved, concentrated work and communication should work in parallel. The extra-wide anteroom was declared a communication zone, the Italian espresso machine is located very close: you can now sit together in small groups like in a train compartment or make phone calls undisturbed in the high stagecoach chairs. Sound-absorbing furniture and curtains are positioned in all conference rooms, and existing pendant lights with aluminum foam elements were adapted to real acoustic miracles.
